After having most of our gear sitting in on the shelves due to COVID, it was nice to get out and do a gig again!! When Scripture Union contacted us about supplying lighting for their Sunshine Coast Schoolies event, we knew Covid was going to have an impact on the setup but this wasn’t going to stop us. This year the evening event was moved back to the main campsite, but the organisers didn’t want to lose any of the experience and still create the atmosphere the previous venue provided.
To help create a engaging space, we also sourced some drapes and staging decks to turn the floor into more of a stage. We brought along our new LED Festoon to create a nice stage backdrop.
This years rig consisted of our 4 Acme XA-400 BSW, HL-7 Moving Led Beam , Event Lighting PAR5X12 RGBWAUv as we as our new vent Lighting PAR12X12 RGBWAUv. Our new 3phase distro and Artnet node was also present, along with our NX touch looking after control.
